Advanced HeroQuest was a board game produced by Games Workshop just after it worked with Milton Bradley on HeroQuest.
While based on the same concept, four heroes venture into a dungeon to fight monsters and gain treasure, this game is considerably different from its Milton Bradley counterpart. The rules are much more complex and detailed. With more variety of miniatures than the basic set, the game is designed so it can be used with the full range of Games Workshop miniatures, so is more expandable the HeroQuest. The game has been out of production since 1992.
