The Project is an online collaboration designed to honor American film and television producer, writer, actor, composer, and director JJ Abrams. Abrams, famous for television shows such as Alias, Lost and Felicity, brings a unique feel to both the big and small screen. His creativity has not gone unnoticed. Members of the Abrams fan community have rallied to create their own "virtual television show". Through a process of brainstorming and online voting, fans create a plot, develop characters, set tent poles, and write their own scripts.
The Plot
Members of The Project are now in the process of submitting plot ideas. Members submit their ideas via email to manager.theproject@gmail.com or through Wikipedia at The Project Once received, a committee of dedicated fans vote on the seven plots they feel mirror the ideals and creative principles of JJ Abrams. Fans will then vote on their favorite plot, which will become an official part of the "virtual show" in honor of Abrams.
Tent poles
Tent poles are plot points. They are a part of pre-production. In The Project, fans establish twelve things they want to occur before the first season of their show ends. This process will not take place until after a plot has been selected. More on [ The Project ]

@mana_junkie Millenium's End RPG? Oh, yeah, that's a very system-heavy game. It's what made the Babylon Project so difficult to run.
