Drakengard (Drag-On Dragoon in Japan) is a PlayStation 2 action game published in Japan by Square Enix on September 11, 2003 and in North America on March 5, 2004. It was originally developed in the Enix name. Drakengard was scored by Takayuki Aihara and Nobuyoshi Sano.
The game's sequel Drakengard 2 was released in Japan on June 16, 2005. It takes place 18 years after the events of the original Drakengard.
