Babyz is a computer game in which you can play with and take care of a group of cute, mischievous babyz who live in a virtual house in your computer. The game was released in 1999 by The Learning Company - developed by members of PF Magic working there at the time - and has been copyright Ubisoft Entertainment since they indirectly purchased the Entertainment Division of The Learning Company in 2002.
Babyz was built using the Petz 3 game engine, which meant the game offered voice recognition, reused some of the Petz toyz and had a similar home setting for its playscenez; The rooms included:
- Nursery
- Changing Room (with Clothez Closet)
- Play Room (with Toy Shelf)
- Family Room
- Kitchen
- Back Yard
- Attic
